50% Deposit required at time of reservation We Accept the Following:
$100 cancellation or reschedule fee, once the reservation has been made and booked on computer. Balance plus chauffeur gratuity is payable in cash or credit card at the end of the run. Corporate Accounts Direct billing to regular corporate accounts is payable upon receipt and delinquent after 10 days. Chauffeur Gratuity Chauffeur gratuity is calculated at 20% of the total price, prior to any discounts or rebates. Agency or referral commissions are not applicable to gratuities. Simply pay chauffeur gratuity at the end of the run. Interest Rates Interest rate of 2% per month on unpaid balance is applicable. Rebilling Fee A 10% rebilling fee (or $10.00 minimum - which ever is greater) per occurrence (maximum 4 per month) on revised balance is applicable until paid. Extended Hours A 10% discount applies to regular standard rates, when customer desires additional hours beyond pre-arranged reservation time. No Drugs - No Smoking Policy Celebrity Limousine does not and will not permit the use of drugs and tobacco smoking products in limousines. Chauffeurs are instructed and trained to provide initial warning to violators. Continued violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of reservation without refund. Passengers over 21 are allowed to bring and consume alcoholic beverages, only in the coach section of the limousine. Chauffeurs are not permitted to purchase nor serve alcoholic beverages. Hourly Billing All limousine rates are rounded to the next hourly billing. Time starts from actual time of reservation to final drop off. Due to scheduling demands, no credit is given for unused portions of each hour. Additional Hours Beyond Initial Reservation Additional hours are billed at prevailing rate indicated on invoice sheet. Customers are recommended to schedule sufficient time for departures and arrivals. Children Children are permitted to ride in limousines as paid passengers with parent's permission. One adult may accompany children when seated in coach section or in the front with the chauffeur, depending on space availability. Safety Policy No passenger is allowed to stand in limousine while in motion. There is no exception to this rule. No passenger is allowed to stand or have any portion of their body out of the vehicle while in motion. Damages Any damages sustained to limousine by passengers, beyond reasonable wear and tear, is subject to immediate payment from all responsible parties. |
